The jaggies hurt. Disappointing becuase I like the overall works by this artist. Chars design and work are nice. Composition are well done aesthetically too. Just not technically (the heavy aliasing on the edges and some line work.)

I think that's in reference to the center of the pic, which is indeed Lala when she was younger, a good indicator is the eye color.
