I think it's "Unmei?" Means Destiny... probably, someone might want to verify it though.

EDIT: just used google translate just now to "verify" it seems to agree with me. "Destiny" returned "運命"

this is kinda wrong... i dont see any relationship in that girl from Umineko ( forgot her name ) and Rika... if only the hair color -_-

The image isn't about character relations; it's about the charcters' roles in their respective series. Assuming UnbridledChaos is correct, there's a reason for the title of the image if you look up the data of all three chars:

• Rika
• Bernkastel
• Homura

They have a common trait related to the image's title. You have to read into it a little to get the point of the image. (On a side note: Rika and Bernkastel are voiced by the same seiyuu, Tamura Yukari, in JPN. So that's another connection for those two.)

Actually, there are theories floating around what connection they have:

1. Bernkastel is the incarnation of all the dead Rika's
2. Rika is Berns Piece

1st one is supported by something said in the VN: Bernkastel:"how did I say that again? Was it "faito. Nipah"."

2nd one is supported by one of the chapters of Higurashi in which Rika sees Bernkastel herself.

all in all, they have a connection, it just isn't clear what
