Not all Alice images have anything to do with the Alice games directly. In this case, you are correct though. (It's tagged as such by the artist on Pixiv.) If you're curious, this is entitled "Alice in Nightmare" (JPN: CP9アリスインナイトメア表紙). Seems to be a JPN fan-made project.

In the game Alice maddness returens her hair is black.
I just finished the game a few weeks ago, holy hell did that game have some great art work, hard gameplay tho.
