This pic looks like pixels, does anyone with "the knowledge" know the exact name of the games title? The tags for this pic only gives the touhou tag as its source for the characters, but no tag indicating it's a game graphic image. I would like too know please. :)
Well, Touhou is a game, in and of itself, but I don't think the image comes from it. I believe the artist just likes to work in pixels. If someone knows better, they may correct me.

Nowhere, as well as Hijiri and Shou. Why are you even asking? They're not included in tags.
Not all tag list are all-inclusive of chars, especially when image contain this many chars. Images like this do sometimes miss a char tag or two now and then.
Don't worry, I checked the picture before-hand (with assumption that she's there somewhere, I didn't check tag list at first).
