It's Armored Core indeed, AC is a mecha fighting game for the consoles...

It's Armored Core V to be most specific. The four machines are the four basic archetypes of machines available to play; Reverse Joint (left side, only the foot/leg is visible,) Middleweight Bipedal (centre, pink in colour,) Tank-type (right side, only the rear hull is visible,) and Tetrapod (up on the building in the background.)
