i want this picture use my blog logo. can i borrow this picture?
The uploader, CR10Z123GT, is probably not the artist. Artist is not listed right now. A source still needs to be added, to anyone who has the time.

What sound is good I do not know, but I figure is also used as the logo of my blog I would like to know. Because the case should not be in violation of copyright law.
If it's on this site, it's open to redistribution/re-use without OUR permission. We don't own the rights to anything here except for the logo at the top.
Copyright issues need to be taken up with the original artist(s). 19 out 20, it's NOT the uploader. Please use any source links provided (if any) and any artist tags to help hunt down the artists.
Even then, this is a 'shopped image anyway. Asuna is an extraction plasters on top of a vector-quality design. Asuna's design is taken from somewhere esle to begin with. I'm pretty sure you can use this freely. Even if the "artist" denies you permission, s/he has no right over the char design itself. Maybe the BG at most.
