Plot Blurb"Hisao Nakai is a normal high school student, currently in his final year of high school. One day Hisao receives a letter from parties unknown in his locker and waits at the written place for the sender. The person who wrote the letter turns out to be his crush; while speaking to her, he suddenly collapses. He awakes in a hospital bed, and is told by the doctors that the reason he collapsed is due to arrhythmia, a rare heart condition that causes his heartbeat to sometimes become irregular. Due to this, his parents have enrolled him in Yamaku, a school for disabled students of all kinds."

Dont worry, why the title may put you off, it is very respectful of its content.

I love this game. I completed Shizune's route and yes the content is pretty respectful. It is not depressing at all. It feels like it has a strong theme like 'never give up, no matter what life throws at you.' I would recommend it as a game. This pic is interesting because it seems to be a collage of lots of CG's from Lilly's route.

yeah, i wonder if that means that collages of each route will soon come because we really need more awesome art from it, best vn ive played in a long time
