The tank pictured is an American super heavy prototype called at first 105mm Gun Motor Carriage T95, then renamed as T28 Super Heavy Tank, but it's commonly known as T95, the T-95 you're mentioning is the one known as Object 195, that indeed never went into production and was superseded by the T-14 "Armata"
