I am not an expert on pressure suits but it seems that her rig is problematic from the waist down. I don't see how you can make a seal at her waist line.

Humans can operate quite well at 2 psi, if the oxygen content is high enough - that is the pressure in a Spacesuit. However is a fast moving plane, the onrushing air can make it impossible to exhale! The suit in this image is likely to be for protect against cold, wind, g forces and provide oxygen at high altitude as well as provide sufficient protection from rushing air noise for communications. Nice legs....and the detail on that helmet is exquisite! I am a big fan of range murata's artwork.
