They're large, but not outside the realm of physically possible. The lines are blurry but proportionally she is not to the point of "grotesque", which is what I believe the usual guidance is. I'd have to defer to a moderator on it though.

For one she's chubby, so they're going to be physically bigger because of that. Secondly, boobs can look way more huge when viewed from such a low angle.
