I have no idea about that translation. The tag on Pixiv auto translates to "hitsuji", but that means "sheep" and it's a totally different character.

In fact it's the 8th of the "Earthly Branches", and it corresponds to the 8th of the "Chinese zodiac" or "Japanese zodiac", the GOAT.
