Enkidu is neither male or female is androgynous, like Chevalier D'eon but I think that tag does't exists here, maybe would be needed create it?
About the chains, they are part of their body, it is somewhat complicated to explain but basically they are an extension of their body that can be used as weapons

But we're not going to make a new tag for genderless or genderqueer or trans characters. I don't think we should or that it's really, really necessary.
