I love this image. I suspect the reason it exists is because Wokada just had a colonoscopy. His mastery of body language is pitch perfect: her expression, the uncomfortable arms and foot crossed over her ankle. And many details right like the finger-sensor and the pressure cuff.
I have one coming up next month. The last was 10 years ago and it isn't as bad as Miku is making it out to be, even though my team including the Dr. all looked like high school girls in scrubs. (They weren't really more likely 30-somethings with kids but scrubs can make them look that way.) I opted for minimal sedation (the stuff they give you is quite potent) and so was able to stay awake the whole time during which I watched the monitor.
Yes they do get to see your butt hole to insert the scope up there but their conduct is so professional you just don't get embarrassed that much. It doesn't hurt and it isn't a turn-on either.
The guy at the right: out of line but Wokada loves tormenting his Miku.

The prep is worse than the procedure. These days they knock you out with anaesthesia so you don't feel anything, but the prep forces you to clear your system with a nasty laxative which keeps you tied to the toilet and you can't eat anything 30 hours before the procedure. It is NOT a fun experience (Speaking from personal experience).
Come on, the procedure is not something to look forward too, but the clean out you have to do the night before the procedure is rather more unpleasant.
Heads up: he's drawn the next installment of this episode which someone might post here soon. And as usual poor Miku takes it in the ...
