Isn't it Kibutsuji Muzan drinking tea in the background?
Thank you, there wasn't a tag for her on Pixiv.

Muzan doesn't have a gender (I think). Muzan was a guy at the start of the anime and a girl at the end of the anime. Shapeshifting and gender changing all in one.
Being a man who can magically transform in to a woman still makes you a man. According to the Wiki I've just read, he's...a male and not "genderless".

This is one the things that makes me hate that kind of stuff, honestly. It's impossible to tag in a way that I feel is satisfactory.
Shouldn't someone who can change genders be considered genderless? I mean if they can be a girl at one time and a boy at another then, by all means, they can be a combined form at another hence in my opinion they should be considered genderless or in anime term a futanari or in real life term transgender. Now I know someone will come out and say that even transgender is a gender and yes it is a gender but it isn't a fixed gender until you come of age after puberty or even after having sex-changing surgery. It is a long discussion if we go into the details of it all.
He only did it to hide from the people trying to hunt him down though. There's a big difference between choosing to live your life as a woman and being in disguise.

So he's still a guy. Real-world logic shouldn't be applied to it since he's not real and what he's capable of isn't real.
When someone actually changes gender, don't we tag based on the gender they are in the image and add the genderswap tag if it isn't their original or primary gender?

I contemplated that too, but I thought that was only used for an original artist interpretation of a M/F character as the opposite gender (like when people draw Jotaro from JoJo as a woman).

See what I mean about it all being a tad confusing to define with tags? :p
I wouldn't see any reason to limit it to cases like that. When the character in the image is biologically female, regardless of the character's original gender, I don't think it makes sense to tag male. And it also doesn't make sense to me to not tag something as genderswap just because the change in gender is canon.

Should we bring it up for discussion in the forums?
There are anime where the basic premise is genderswap, where the main male character is transformed into a female, albeit permanently. Should the character osaragi_hazumu be tagged genderswap?
I wonder how long that baguette sandwich lasts as a gag.

Don't worry she has another one ready to go and a drink with it as well.
I mean, it doesn't REALLY matter for this character since there are only two posts that feature him (one of which is 100% "trap" as specified by the artist) but I agree with you're logic the most, Zolxys.
