Based on some context clues, I think what is happening here is they are on a cruise ship which just hit iceberg and and is drowning, thus creating this angle and water on the interior. So if this is paradise only for this moment. Or this could be a pool inside the ship which explains why the food is there. And I think it's a ship because the logo has an anchor therefore validating the theme of whatever this copyright is. Other than that, I don't like how left most girl is drawn, it looks straight up flat 2d especially in the "ass" area.
