Its a cultural thing. They just don't really shave much out there in the east.

Point is, it's the same with any body hair on any person in any country. Some people don't see a need to shave anything at all, while some people like having no terminal hair period. Men, women, and enby.
What's important is that a person feels comfortable in their body, and that we respect their individual beauty.
