twitter post basically just says the illust (イラスト) work was done by someone named "kili" as well as all the other Japan Adult content distributors that notes the same... i guess it is those typical case of lessor known artist doing freelancing job since so far pixiv yielded nothing for me on both direct searching the artist name nor the content title (moreover they tend to use a different title for works they made for these kind of contracted stuff if they released on their profile).

since i never touched niconico to look up further, think we are kinda stuck right here for now.
