Still kinda fuzzy on what NFT mean and whatnot, but considering how it is to get the full size image I have to ask if the image is all that important on that site. Like the picture isn't the prize the buyer is after, but something connected to the pic.
You're basically paying for a receipt that says you own a picture and not the picture itself. It's incredibly stupid. The servers used for the NFT marketplace are also extremely harmful to the environment so it's shitty on several fronts.
Also, a lot of original NFT art is pure garbage in terms of quality anyways. The NFTs of the 3D Pinhead model from DBD that came out recently are a great example.
