The positioning of the legs and feet are exactly the same. I wouldn't be surprised if the original post was used as this character's base.

Well caught; it's undoubtedly been used given the leg shape is also near identical. Details, or rather lack of them in places like the shoes, suggest this is just derivative pose and not ai.
