This image looks like a combination of a photo and drawn art. The person in the picture frame in the top left corner must be one of the added parts. Does this post qualify for the photo tag?

I think it's just 3D assets. I've noticed a lot of artists who maybe don't do BGs so well use them to fill in their pictures. I think it looks kinda jarring and ugly but I understand the necessity.
