Yes, those guitars really do exist. A friend of mine was actually trying to but one a while back. I myself have never been interested in clear guitars though.

I've never seen a glass electric guitar before that actually works. I've seen them in miniature form, and full size, although haven't seen either form in a playable state.

But I have seen acrylic electric guitars that have been made and are playable, they're pretty freakin' epic. Sexiest acrylic SG ever made.

Anyway, I'm likin' the image. Not so sure if Mio's bass would actually work though, looks like it's missing pickups and hardware/wiring but what would I know about bass'. All I know is that it's pretty good at keeping her 'parts' visible.
