I can't seem to find that certain painting, but this should get at least a bit close. Jeanne D'arc painting
There is also this post #61129

But the painting I was trying to find is the original, Jeanne D'arc standing on top of the hill while raising a flag. Few dead people lying around there, and the other 'rebels' who helped Jeanne D'arc are around here.

I certainly do hope you've heard of Jeanne D'arc ^^.
Yes, but this painting has nothing to do with Jeanne d'Arc...

here

Eugène Delacroix - La Liberté guidant le peuple "Liberty Leading the People "

This is about the French Revolution. ;)

Eeeh yes it is.
The painting has something to do with Jeanne D'arc since the whole Idea is based of that single painting. (Thank you for finding it btw, Couldn't remember the name, haven't had history lessons the last year xD).
The original might be about the French revolution, Angel Beats.

Let me repeat myself, this whole image is based of that single painting. and thus you can call it a rip off. And a parody.
I'm French and I immediately understood it was about Jeanne d'Arc. But I understand you haven't ever seen this painting ;)
It just depends on where you learned history.
