Synopsis (as I don't recall the actual translation right now: I still can't read kanji):

  • First 2 lines:
    • Happy New Years (Lit: Congratulation on a New Year)
  • Last 2 lines (this is the part I'm uncertain about):
    • Something along the lines of, "I look forward to being in your care"/"Please continue to take care of me," or something like that.
This is a very common New Years greeting/saying in JPN. It's the thing you would say to friends, co-workers, etc.
